Friday, 13 September

Tasting organic menu with wines

• shrimp with passatine of chickpea bio
• half sleeves "Girolomoni Organic tomato sauce cuttlefish blend and mussels
• tails of monkfish baked in the oven with onions, potatoes, rosemary and beans bio
• English soup (the classic recipe)

Thursday 26 September

Menu "the cod of the oasis"

• cod fish and bruschetta
• salad of salted cod, leek and fresh, swiss chard and olive oil
• tagliatelle al sugo rosa cod
• cod in the oven with potatoes, capers and olives (classic)
• parfait

Saturday 19 October

"The fish and the prized black truffle of acqualagna", and wines of the "cantina Warriors"

• spinach and ricotta ravioli with fish sauce, clams and truffle
